ASM Research maintains an integrated management approach that supports quality, service reliability, and information security across its operations. This page summarizes the organization’s public commitments and makes relevant policy information available to customers, partners, regulators, certification bodies, and other interested parties.
Our Commitment to Quality
ASM Research is dedicated to providing our customers with products and services that meet their needs and expectations, while continually improving our management system. ASM Research uses the term Quality Commitment instead of Quality Policy in our QMS/SMS documentation. This commitment is appropriate to the purpose and context of our organization and is aligned with our strategic direction.
This statement provides a framework for establishing, reviewing, and achieving measurable quality objectives throughout our operations. We commit to:
- Satisfying applicable customer, statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements, including those associated with federal and FAR‑regulated contracts.
- Continually improving the effectiveness and performance of our Quality Management System (QMS).
Our Commitment to Service Management
ASM Research maintains a Service Management System (SMS) aligned to ISO 20000‑1 to ensure the structured, repeatable, and controlled delivery of IT and technology‑enabled services. This commitment is appropriate to the purpose of our service management operations and provides the basis for setting and reviewing SMS objectives.
We commit to:
- Meeting obligations defined in contracts, service agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational level agreements (OLAs).
- Operating the full lifecycle of the SMS, including planning, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining, and continually improving our service management processes.
Our Commitment to Information Security
ASM Research is committed to establishing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and assets entrusted to us. Our approach is risk‑based and aligned to applicable federal and industry requirements, including Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) and relevant National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards, as applicable to our services and contracts.
We commit to:
- Managing information security risks in a structured manner, based on risk assessment and risk treatment aligned with ISO 27001 applicable NIST frameworks.
- Complying with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual information security obligations.
- Continually improving the ISMS to ensure it remains effective and appropriate to the scale and nature of our operations across IT service management, cybersecurity support, software development, and cloud and data center services.

The quality, reliability, and security of our services depend on our workforce and partners. ASM Research fosters a culture of accountability, professional integrity, and continuous learning to support the effective operation of our QMS, SMS, and ISMS.
Leadership at all levels is responsible for:
- Communicating and reinforcing quality, service management, and information security expectations.
- Ensuring that personnel understand their roles and responsibilities in meeting customer requirements, protecting information assets, and fulfilling obligations under all three management systems.
Governance and Continual Improvement
This commitment is approved by top management and is reviewed at planned intervals, and when significant organizational or regulatory changes occur, to ensure that it remains suitable, adequate, and effective. As part of ASM’s Integrated Management Model (AIMM), we monitor performance, audit our systems, and implement corrective and improvement actions to enhance quality, service delivery, and information security over time.

This Quality, Service Management, & Information Security Commitment is made available to relevant interested parties, including clients, contract authorities, regulators, and certification bodies, via the ASM Research website and upon request.
