Mr. Fraser joined ASM Research in 1986, and has performed a variety of management roles for the past 32 years culminating in his current position as President. Throughout his career with ASM, he held positions such as Task Leader, Program to Senior Program Manager and Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President. Mr. Fraser was formerly the Senior Program Manager for the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS), ASM´s largest and longest-standing contract.
Mr. Fraser has over 33 years of experience designing, developing, and sustaining training-related systems and four additional years serving at a military training facility as a Non-Commissioned Officer. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Decisions Sciences Management from George Mason University. Mr. Fraser communicates with clients throughout the DoD and Health community, and provides high-level oversight for contracts supporting the DoD, Army, Air Force, Navy, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Justice.
