In this role, Bill leads an experienced, highly-skilled team of professionals in developing and deploying business and technical solutions across ASM’s entire spectrum of operations. In addition to traditional software development and integration, the team focuses on ASM’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) center of excellence to provide higher performance for our federal customers.
Before joining ASM Research in 2014, Bill served in the U.S. Navy for 29 years, retiring as a captain on the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He commanded a naval air station and an operational squadron, providing worldwide air logistics to the fleet. One of Bill’s notable assignments was leading a small council of colonels working in Veterans Affairs to successfully reduce the Veteran disability claims backlog.
Bill earned his Master of Arts in national security and strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a Bachelor of History from the University of Rochester.
