Brett Hughes, Vice President of Security and the Chief Information Security Officer at ASM, leads all security teams across the company, overseeing client cyber services delivery for defense and federal clients. He leads teams of security experts in implementing, securing, and protecting complex information systems with critical data and missions that improve the lives of service members, federal government staff, and the public.

Brett joined ASM Research in 2008 and has been the cyber security lead on multiple critical development projects for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). He also serves as the Security Account Lead (SAL) for Accenture Federal Services (AFS) for the VA and Military Health accounts.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
