Jennifer (Jenn) Nebeling is the Delivery Account Lead (DAL) for the Public Safety Portfolio. In her 18 years of dedicated experience in federal information technology contracting, she has consistently demonstrated extensive expertise in managing and delivering large-scale federal IT projects with a proven track record of driving strategic growth and ensuring delivery excellence. Known for her ability to foster strong collaboration among teams and stakeholders, she excels in creating cohesive environments that support the achievement of organizational and project goals, and the success of each of her team members.

Jenn obtained the ITIL v4 Strategist certification in 2024. She is also a 2022 recipient of the AFS Epic Award which recognizes those who create change that matters for our clients, company, and our people through their innovations, collaboration, and drive. In 2015, she received accommodation from The Surgeon General of the US Army Medical Command for her contributions during the Medical Readiness Transformation, which was a key initiative of the Army Chief of Staff.
