Tiffany Bella-Jackson is the Growth Operations Lead for Strategic Growth. In this role, she drives growth by aligning business strategy with operational execution. She manages process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and performance tracking to ensure scalable growth. She leads initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen market positioning, and support revenue expansion while enabling teams to deliver on strategic priorities.

Tiffany has more than 20 years of industry experience in business development, capture management, and proposal development. Previously, Tiffany led ASM’s Proposal Team within the Government Solutions Group and maintained a win percentage of more than 90% on the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology IDIQ contract vehicle, for which she received an AFS Sales Excellence award. Prior to joining ASM in 2011, Tiffany led a production team of more than 20 professionals at Dyncorp International and maintained a 100% win rate during her tenure.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in Business Management and Project Management and is certified through the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, where she is currently a member of the Chesapeake Chapter.
