Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II)

The Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology (IT) solutions through performance of a wide range of support services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The primary goal of this acquisition is to establish the next generation of the EAGLE suite of IDIQ contracts for IT support services that will enable DHS business and program offices to accomplish their mission objectives.

Eagle II Services
ASM will provide a full range of IT services, solutions, and products in support of developing, implementing, and maintaining technology to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission and business functions across the entire life cycle of the program. Services provide for the full range of support in the following areas:
  • System Design, Development, Implementation and Integration
    Infrastructure engineering design, development, implementation and integration, concept development, planning, requirements definition and analysis, systems design and development, integration, implementation, deployment, connectivity, wiring and cabling.
  • Software Design and Development
    Software design and development concept development, planning, requirements definition and analysis, coding and testing, production, deployment, implementation, integration, and software application maintenance.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    O&M solutions to sustain systems at the highest levels of service and availability including the following areas: Help Desk and Field Support Services, Network and Security Operations, and Collaboration Services, from maintaining and upgrading individual pieces of hardware and software to full managed service solutions.

Services Specific to the Department of Homeland Security


Federal Acquisition Institute Training Application System (FAITAS) -Functional Area 1: Supporting Multiple Department of Homeland Security Program Offices. Federal Acquisition Institute Training Application System (FAITAS). We provide ongoing operations and maintenance for the system, as well as enhancements. Our contractual tasks for FAITAS operations and maintenance include program management, design and development, system integration, testing, and analytical support. The FAITAS module supports training application processing, continuous learning, and career field certification for Federal departments, including all DHS components. The system enables the employees of these organizations to submit training applications to the Defense Acquisition University (DAU).More than 25,000 DHS personnel use FAITAS to register for acquisition training, apply for and maintain their acquisition certifications. Some users also manage their warrants as well as acquisition program assignments.



Dental Common Access System (DENCAS) -Dental Common Access System (DENCAS). ASM operated, maintained and enhanced Dental Common Access System (DENCAS), a web-based program that enabled real-time access to dental provider productivity, dental recall, dental readiness, and dental treatment needs via a centralized database. DENCAS supported Coast Guard dental clinics ability to access dental data on individual active duty members. ASM has experience working with the Coast Guard’s CG-1123 Medical Information System DENCAS liaison and servicing the Tier I, II, and III needs for the USCG.

Contractor Verification Services (CVS) -ASM Research provides support to CG‐913, Office of Procurement Policy and Oversight, in the fulfillment of the requirements for the Coast Guard’s implementation of and compliance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD‐12); to include the requirements of the Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS) program.ASM acts as the Service Point of Contact and provides documentation support to CG‐913. ASM also provides data management services and assists in organizing and presenting informal training, discussions, lessons learned, and Q & A sessions all while providing the necessary support role during audit determinations related to HSPD‐12.
