Description
ASM Research’s Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Federal Supply Schedule is effective from August 2004 through May 2009. MOBIS provides federal agencies with a streamlined procurement vehicle to obtain management consulting, facilitation A-76 support and Program Management/Project Management services for the implementation of quality management and other related system change processes within their agencies. ASM Research was placed on this schedule based on our knowledge of quality management theory and practice, as well as our demonstrated capability to provide expert assistance to agencies implementing quality and other related system change processes in the federal environment.

ASM Research’s MOBIS contract provides management, organizational and business improvement services and products that enable government agencies to improve the performance, quality, timeliness and efficiency of their organizations. These services will facilitate agency responses to dynamic, evolving influences. As such, specific support under this schedule may be expected to evolve accordingly.

Order format:
A written order (mail or fax), EDI (GSA Advantage!TM) and credit card orders shall be the basis for purchase in accordance with the provisions of this contract. In the case of BPAs telephone orders are permissible
Customer order process:
- Determine suitability of use of MOBIS for management consulting and facilitation services
- Develop a SOW in agency format, identifying agency points of contact for technical and contractual matters
- Specify period of performance, identify any special requirements, such as security or classification, identify funding and coordinate within agency, as required
- Mail or fax SOW to ASM Research GSA Order Office
- Review response from ASM Research, clarify any issues
- Place order with ASM Research GSA Order Office using agency order for supplies and services (mail or fax), EDI or credit card
- Pay any invoices monthly
