ASM Research Sponsors Tim Maude Foundation Charity Memorial Golf Tournament Fairfax, VA - April 25, 2008 ![]() This year’s Tim Maude Foundation Charity Golf Tournament marked the 7th year for the tournament. The tournament is held in honor of Lieutenant General Timothy J. Maude, who lost his life in the attack on the Pentagon on September 11th, 2001.
The Maude Foundation was established to preserve the legacy of LTG Maude by providing educational support to former, current and future soldiers in America’s Army. The foundation currently provides financial support for soldiers in the Army’s Green to Gold program and plans on expanding support to future soldiers at Fishburn Military Academy, current soldiers at Marian College and Ball State University, and former soldiers seeking additional training for civilian careers. Additionally, The Maude Foundation recently began hosting the Maude Leadership Lecture Series at the Soldier Support Institute at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. Says John Fraser, ASM Research Vice President for Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education business unit offered “We were really honored to seize the opportunity to be the master sponsor of the 7th Annual Tim Maude Memorial Golf Tournament.
