Since 1977, ASM's steady revenue growth and increasing customer base has grown the organization to over 300 employees worldwide. We provide our employees with an environment that rewards success and provides an environment for technical advancement. We are led by a senior management team with an average of over 20 years management experience and eight years association with ASM.
Our Services
Information Technology and Systems Engineering Solutions and Services are our core business competencies. Within those areas we design, integrate, maintain and upgrade state-of-the-art systems for national defense, intelligence, readiness, manpower, personnel, training, medical, and other high priority government missions. We also provide many of our government clients with the systems analysis, integration and program management skills necessary to manage their mission systems development and operations.
Our Customers
Our primary customer is the Federal government. We provide support to all military services, the Department of Defense, and other civilian and defense agencies within the government.

Our Culture
The culture of ASM is clearly defined. It is articulated to all employees and provides the guiding principles for Program and Project management when dealing with clients and project staff. All clients are unique and what each client values is specific to them; their perspective of what is valuable will evolve over time based on numerous factors such as changes in the world, their organization's mission, new technologies, and changed priorities.
Maintaining value to the client, once created, is key to our philosophy. The most effective way to deliver the maximum value for the client is with a Best Overall Solution.
